We have also developed a Client Service Portal, allowing you direct access to your information as and when it is required. You control which staff members have access to it and each one is issued with their own log-in details. Secure and easy to use, it allows you and them to view documentation (Claim Forms, Cover Notes, Motor Insurance Certificates, Policy Schedules, Policy Wordings, To Whom It May Concern Letters etc.), make mid-term adjustments, and even report claims online. Our Client Service Portal is just one example of what sets us apart.
