Consort is part of the Specialist Risk Group and in line with our business strategy, effective 1 June 2026, all business, assets and liabilities of Consort transferred to Specialist Risk Insurance Solutions Limited (FRN 473183), trading as Specialist Risk Group (“SRG”). The business continues to be managed by the same Consort specialist teams. Accordingly, from 1 June 2026, all new business and renewals will be placed by SRG.
While the wider Consort business will transfer to SRG, the Consort name will continue in connection with the Protection and Detection (PaD) insurance programme for the fire sector.
